§ Mrs. ChalkerContrary to recent speculation in the press, our partners in the Twelve have not agreed on how to respond should the Sharpeville Six be executed. As was made clear in the chairman's summary of discussions on South Africa at the Toronto summit on 20 June, we continue to urge that all legal options available in South Africa should be used to secure clemency for the Six.
