§ Mr. Douglas HoggIncidents causing significant damage occurred at Bedford prison on 1 and 2 March, Rollestone prison on 24 May, Haverigg prison on 5–6 June, and Hindley youth custody centre and remand centre on 8 June. The estimated cost of damage was approximately £11,000 at Bedford, £750 at Rollestone, £750,000 at Haverigg and £750 at Hindley.
