Mr. Soley

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish in theOfficial Report a table showing (a) the number of homeless households accepted by local authorities in England whose homelessness resulted from mortgage arrears, and (b) the percentage of all homeless households which these represented, in each of the years from 1979 to 1987.
