§ Mr. LuceInformation in the form requested is not held centrally and could be assembled only at disproportionate cost. The report on interchange of staff between the Civil Service and other organisations in 1987, a copy of which has been placed in the Library, gives a range of information about secondments being undertaken in that year, notably between the Civil Service and industry and commerce. The industrial and commercial organisations which took part in the secondment programme in 1987 are listed in annex B of the report.
