§ Mr. RedmondTo ask the Attorney-General what action he is taking under section 1 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, in connection with(a) the recent shooting of a goshawk in South Yorkshire, (b) the recent shooting of a peregrine falcon in the Yorkshire Dales national park and (c) the recent shooting of a goosander in the Yorkshire Dales national park; and if he will make a statement.
