HC Deb 23 June 1988 vol 135 c701W
Mr. McLoughlin

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what action he proposes to take about the poor condition of the bronze age stone circle known as Nine Ladies on Stanton moor.

Mr. Moynihan

This is a matter for English Heritage. I gather it has a programme of remedial works in hand and is monitoring the condition of the site carefully. I am sure that the chairman, Lord Montagu of Beaulieu, will be happy to provide my hon. Friend with further details.
