§ Mr. Norman LamontI regret that due to failure in our clerical procedures a number of statements of guarantees given by the Treasury over the past year have not been laid in the House. Some relate to temporary borrowing and have now expired. Statements for those which are still644W current are being laid today, along with statements for the batch of guarantees normally issued at the start of the financial year.
