To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) if he will list the companies, and countries of origin, which have been granted licences under the Importation of Animal Products and Poultry Products Order in each year since 1980; and for what products;

(2) if he will list the companies and their country of origin which have been refused licences under the Importation of Animal Products and Poultry Products Order in each year since 1980; and for which products.

Since 1980 my Department has issued 13,000 licences under the order. Information about individual applications is commercially sensitive and could not be disclosed even if it were readily available.
