§ Mr. Needham[holding answer 21 June 1988]: Five planning applications have been received in accordance with article 17 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1972. Outline approval has issued for one site and detailed approval has been given for the construction of two dwellings. Development works are under way on one site.
§ Mr. William RossTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) what comments have been made by the Department of the Environment, Northern Ireland, in respect of the inspector's report following the public inquiry into the Limavady area plan;
(2) under what powers the Department of the Environment, Northern Ireland, acted in making 625W comment on an inspector's report following a public inquiry into the Limavady area plan before publication of the inspector's report.
§ Mr. Needham[holding answer 21 June 1988]: The Department of the Environment (Northern Ireland) has not made any official comment on the inspector's report following the public inquiry into the Limavady area plan.
§ Mr. William RossTo ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether Limavady district council will be given an opportunity to comment on the inspector's report which was made as a result of the public inquiry into the Limavady area plan before publication of the report.
