§ Mr. MoynihanThe national response plan to cater for the consequences of nuclear accidents abroad incorporates new radiation monitoring arrangements. Details are set out in the HMSO booklet "The National Response Plan and Radioactive Incident Monitoring Network (RIMNET): A Statement of Proposals" published earlier this year, a copy of which has been placed in the Library of the House.
