§ Mr. WakehamI am still considering how best to proceed with regard to a Select Committee on Scottish Affairs. As I told the House during business questions last Thursday, I will shortly be discussing this matter with the Chairman of the Committee of Selection. I hope to be in a position to reply to the letter from the hon. Member for Orkney and Shetland soon.
