§ Mr. LangMy right hon. and learned Friend last met officials of East Kilbride development corporation on Monday 9 May when he had the pleasure of opening the new JVC plant in the town. On that occasion he discussed the very successful year the corporation were having, with particular successes in the electronics, biotechnology and engineering industries.
