§ Mr. MaudeAs announced on 11 May by my right hon. and noble Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry—Official Report, House of Lords, columns 1208–9—we have appointed Andrew Likierman, professor of accounting and financial control at London business school, to be overall chairman of the fact-finding studies of the liability problems of selected professions.
