To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what sections of the Estate Agents Act 1979 are currently not in operation; and if he will make a statement.

There are no regulations in force under sections 16, 17, 19 or 22 of the Estate Agents Act 1979. We have considered the need for such regulations but have no plans to implement these sections for the time being.
