§ Mr. Peter BottomleyWe hope that a pilot autoguide scheme will be operating in London by 1990, provided that Parliament grants the necessary powers and private industry makes a satisfactory proposal. The pilot scheme is intended to provide the basis for a fully commercial autoguide service, to which the public can subscribe in the early 1990s.
