(2) what percentage of mothers imprisoned in Cornton Vale prison in 1986, who had access orders in respect of their children, fulfilled those orders (a) in full and (b) partially during the course of the mother's imprisonment.
§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonInformation is not available in the form requested. Visits by children in local authority care to mothers who are inmates at Cornton Vale are arranged in appropriate cases on an individual basis and in consultation with the relevant local authority social work department. Such visits would normally take place in less formal surroundings and outwith usual visiting hours and are a significant feature of the regime at Cornton Vale.
Detailed information on children in local authority care subject to access orders, or visits by children subject to such access, is not routinely collected in respect of those admitted to Cornton Vale.
