§ Mr. GristI have agreed in principle the designation of a regional perinatal intensive care centre at the University Hospital of Wales. To advise on the operational structure of the centre and its relationship with other services in Wales for new-born babies, including the need for satellite units, I am setting up an expert advisory group under the chairmanship of Professor C. E. Stroud, Professor of Child Health, King's College school of medicine and dentistry.
