To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he has any plans to resume active negotiations with the United States of America and Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on verifications of nuclear tests following the joint verification plans announced by Mr. Reagan and Mr. Gorbachev at the Moscow summit.
