§ Mr. Michael ForsythOffenders' hostels grant-aided by my right hon. and learned Friend under section 79 of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1980 presently offer a total of 80 places, 17 of them for women; they do not contain accommodation for children. Information is not held centrally about other residential accommodation catering for offenders which may be provided by local authorities or voluntary bodies.
