§ Mr. NewtonProgress on the acute resource management projects has been encouraging and a new pilot site, south Lincolnshire, was announced in April. An evaluation report on the acute projects is scheduled for later this year. It is hoped that this will point the way to a phased extension to other districts from 1989.
The community projects are second generation sites and are making good progress in advancing their project plans and building on the work undertaken at the two first generation sites.
