HC Deb 16 June 1988 vol 135 cc219-20W
Mrs. Margaret Ewing

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what progress has been made in the investigation of the incident involving a military helicopter and a civilian car in the Tyndrome-Dalmally area on 5 May.

Mr. Wilson

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he is now in a position to make a statement on the investigation of the incident involving a military helicopter and a civilian car in the Dalmally area on 5 May.

Mr. Freeman

RAF police investigations into this incident are very thorough and have not yet been completed, although the complainant in her statement to the RAF police has indicated that she thought the helicopter concerned was civilian rather than military.
