HC Deb 16 June 1988 vol 135 c298W
Mr. Hayes

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services how it is proposed to meet the expenses incurred in connection with the reconstitution of the General Practice Finance Corporation.

Mr. Newton

Parliamentary approval for this expenditure has been sought in the Supply Estimate for the Family Practitioner and Other Services, England, Vote (class XIV, vote 2) presented to Parliament on 15 March 1988. Pending that approval, urgent expenditure, estimated at £100,000, will be met by repayable advances from the contingencies fund.
