§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe draft guidance issued by the Department of Education and Science to inner London boroughs states that the arrangements for education in Prison Department establishments will be the subject of discussion between the DES, the Home Office, ILEA and the councils concerned.
Arrangements for these discussions will be made as soon as possible.
