What was the result of the public inquiry in February regarding Heveningham Hall, and whether the conditions of sale to Mr. Al-ghatzi regarding repairs of public access have been fulfilled.

On the conditions of sale, I would refer the noble Baroness to my reply of 25th February 1988 to her previous Question on this subject. My officials are in touch with the managing agents about arrangements for public opening this year.
