Friend the Prime Minister on 21 April to meet the cost of the review bodies' recommendations on doctors' and nurses' pay. The 1989–90 plans are subject to review in the forthcoming public expenditure survey.
Information in respect of Health Service expenditure in Wales is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales.
