§ Mr. MoynihanWe plan to issue a consultation paper with proposals to amend the Control of Pollution (Special Wastes) Regulations 1980 later this year. Responsibility for monitoring that conditions specified in disposal licences are complied with rests with waste disposal authorities. It is for each authority to make suitable arrangements for this.
