§ Mr. McAllionTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish in theOfficial Report the local authorities in Scotland ranked according to the percentage and number of (a) losers and (b) gainers under the poll tax proposals, showing those figures alongside that ranking; and if he will express these figures for both households and individuals.
