§ Mr. Donald ThompsonNew provisions on aflatoxin B came into effect on 6 April which extended the previously existing safeguards to a wider range of feedingstuffs. There will be a further extension of controls in December 1988, when maximum levels will be set for certain substances in specified raw materials that have not previous been restricted in this way.
