§ Mrs. ChalkerWe welcome the progress made at meetings between United States, South African, Angolan and Cuban representatives in London on 3–4 May, and the agreement of all parties to hold a further meeting soon. We are encouraging all those involved in the search for peace in Angola and independence for Namibia to show flexibility and restraint.
