§ Mr. NeedhamAny such exchanges, as is usual with communications between Governments, would be confidential. But in the case to which I believe the hon. Lady refers, I understand from the Housing Executive, which is responsible for the recruitment and management of its own staff, that no punitive action has been instituted in respect of the two persons concerned.
