§ Mr. ViggersIt is not possible at this stage to state precisely how many milk producers in Northern Ireland exceeded their quota during the year 1 April 1987 to 31 March 1988. A number of quota adjustments still require to be made but it is estimated that approximately 4,000 producers may have exceeded their quota. As a result of temporary reallocation of unused quota, the number who have to pay levy could be significantly lower.
