(2) how many United States personnel are based at the very low frequency communications facility at Rugby; what are their ranks; and what are their functions.
§ Mr. Freeman[holding answer 27 May 1988]: The facility, which is an unmanned site, provides a communications relay station for United States forces stationed in Europe.
