The Health and Safety Executive has already published advice in guidance note No. 48 of its environmental hygiene series on the precautionary measures that can be taken to minimise the occurrence of legionnaire's disease. Copies of this guidance note are available from HMSO and I welcome the opportunity provided by my hon. Friend to publicise it further. Copies of the note will be placed in the Library.
