§ Mr. MaudeMr. Phillip Linnell Heslop QC and Mr. Hugh Graham Cazalet Aldous FCA were appointed on 9 April 1987 under the provisions of section 432(2) of the Companies Act 1985 to act as inspectors to investigate the affairs of House of Fraser Holdings plc. Mr. Heslop resigned his appointment on 13 May 1987 and was replaced by Mr. Henry Brooke QC on 15 May 1987. The inspectors are continuing their investigations but I am unable to say when a report will be received.
