§ Mr. Ian StewartThe withdrawal of ground-launched cruise missiles from RAF Greenham Common will not be complete until towards the end of the three-year reduction period which commenced on the entry into force of the INF treaty. No detailed discussions have yet taken place on the future use of the base after the missiles are withdrawn and firm decisions are not expected for some time.
