§ Mr. Luce[holding answer 28 July 1988]: I welcome recent efforts by both the IBA and BBC to relax their guidelines on the credits which may be given to arts sponsors. I believe the IBA changes will be very helpful, but I am still concerned at the disparity of treatment between the arts and sport in the BBC guidelines and I shall continue to press for equality.
