(2) if he will make available forthwith the Scottish Health Service Planning Council's commentary to him on the SHARPEN report;
(3) when he will be in a position to give the Government's reaction to the recommendations of the Scottish Health Service Planning Council on the priorities to be adopted in the Scottish Health Service, as contained in the foreword to the SHARPEN report.
