§ Mr. BlunkettTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what would be the average total community charge payable in 1988–89, with the community charge fully operational, and using 1988–89 figures for local authority total expenditure and population, by the following categories of income units:(a) all income units in England and Wales on income support, (b) all income units in the United Kingdom on income support, (c) all income units consisting of a single person with or without dependent children, who is not cohabiting and is on income support, (d) all income units consisting of a married or cohabiting couple, with or without dependent children, who are on income support, and (e) all income units on income support where the claimant is aged less than 25 years, giving the averages for each category for each region.
