There are two United Kingdom-based bidders with links to companies overseas, Moore Barrett and Redwood Limited, part of the SGS group, whose ultimate parent is the Societe de Surveillance Holding SA of Switzerland; YARD Limited, which is a member of the CAP Group plc and which has some Belgian, French, German, Netherlands and Spanish subsidiaries plus other overseas.
