To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will now suspend all contact between his Department and Major David Walker and KMS in the light of evidence of his involvement in sabotage missions abroad.

There are no plans to engage Major David Walker or KMS on work for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if Her Majesty's consul in Managua was contacted by Major David Walker or his employees in Nicaragua in March 1985, or subsequently.

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what contacts have been maintained between officers of his Department and Major David Walker between 1979 and the present day.

§ Mrs. Chalker
Between 1979 and 1982, KMS Ltd. was employed by the FCO to provide close protection to a number of Her Majesty's ambassadors and high commissioners abroad. The FCO has not employed KMS since then.
