§ Mr. ScottThe provisions for job sharing and part-time working are published in departmental circulars which are drawn to the attention of all staff. The Department's house journal, "Window", has also included occasional articles on part-time working. At 31 March 1988, the latest date for which figures are available, 596 women and 12 men were job sharing and 4,844 women and 109 men were working part-time.
