§ Mr. Trippier[holding answer 28 July 1988]: In 1987–88 the Housing Corporation approved shared ownership schemes providing 776 new homes. The corporation's development programme for 1988–89 will allow expansion of shared ownership and other forms of provision for low cost home ownership by housing associations.
