§ Mr. John PattenAny arrangements between the county council and the other bodies named in respect of contributions for equipment and services provided by Kent fire brigade are a matter for them to decide. We do not have information about the size of any such contributions. Under the Fire Services Act 1947 the county council is precluded from requiring payment for firefighting services.
