§ Mr. Ian LangI visited Heatwise in Glasgow on 11 July and am fully aware of the serious problems the company faces as a consequence of the decision by Glasgow district council not to participate in employment training. For the sake of the long-term unemployed I hope that Glasgow district council, and other local authorities which have adopted a similar stance, will reconsider their position and join the new programme.
