To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what steps his Department is taking to eliminate discrimination against the disabled in Northern Ireland.

Our approach towards the disabled in Northern Ireland is directed towards enabling them to acquire the training, skills, opportunities and support they need to secure employment. A range of measures is available to provide practical help to employers.
