§ Mr. SainsburyThe Department gives careful evaluation to its programmes at every stage of the procurement process. This evaluation is part of the normal responsibilities of project managers and other MOD staff. The costs of this activity are included in the Department's overall running costs, but cannot be identified in the way requested.
