To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services in respect of the local offices of his Department at Chantry house and Baltic house, Norwich, how many items of unlinked correspondence were recorded each month since 11 April.

For the months since 11 April 1988, the totals of income support and supplementary benefit correspondence which were unlinked after two days at the Chantry house and Baltic house offices of the Department were:

No records are maintained on unlinked correspondence for other local office benefits.
