§ Mr. LangNo public sector body which had a separate Scottish existence in 1979 has been transferred to private ownership since then.
The privatisations of the South of Scotland Electricity Board, the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board and the Scottish Bus Group are in preparation.
No separate estimates have been made of the increase in share ownership in Scotland due to the privatisation of Great Britain bodies.
