Friend the Member for Tynemouth (Mr. Trotter) on 18 December 1987, at column934, we have recently issued for consultation a draft health circular on the provision of donor organs for transplantation. This implements the key recommendation of the Hoffenberg report. Health authorities, medical organisations and others with a particular interest in the subject have been invited to comment by 30 September 1988.
