§ Mrs. RumboldThe recruitment monitoring exercise which began in July 1987 is part of a central initiative co-ordinated by the OMCS. The figures for the initial stage of the exercise from July to December 1987 were submitted to the OMCS earlier this year; the next batch of figures should be compiled by the end of this year.
The results for the Civil Service as a whole will be collated by OMCS; it will therefore be for the Minister for the Civil Service to decide in what form the results are published.
